Grohe offers a complete range of sanitary for the kitchen and bathroom. Their target group can be found shopping in do-it-yourself stores. Such as Gamma, Hornbach, Praxis etc. A perfect and eye-catching product presentation at these stores is important to ensure that the consumer chooses the qualitative products of Grohe.
Grohe Service Merchandise Team
PSfm is responsible for the Service Merchandise team of two permanent Grohe merchandisers. Our merchandisers are responsible for the optimal presentation of Grohe products at the DIY stores. During their weekly rounds, they ensure that the Grohe shelves look neat, set up shelf presentations and place POS material. By increasing the visibility of Grohe on the store floor we attract the consumer’s attention. This is naturally reflected in positive sales results.
In addition, our merchandisers share their knowledge about the Grohe products. They give product demonstrations in the DIY stores to the consumer. But also training the staff of the DIY stores, so that the store staff can convey this product information to the consumer. This way, the consumer always chooses the product that suits him and immediately knows how to install it.
