PSfm watches over the strategy of AAA brands and guarantees an optimal result by optimally using human resources (recruitment, training and developing employees, performance management and wage administration), shop management (theft prevention, look and feel and the management of the buildings), product management (buying in and receiving stock, storage and returns), commercial policy (in cooperation with the AAA brand, price, promotion, product placement, marketing and presentation).

For KITKAT, PSfm opened the KITKAT Chocolatory Pop-Up Store. For months we were preparing all the necessary arrangements and took on the entire management of the store. The project team started with the development of the KITKAT bars, the design, recruitment, the HACCP plan and the operational plan.

Thanks to the flexibility, speed of the project team, inhouse preparation, properly trained personell and a smooth operational process, PSfm was able to prove that they are the specialist in Retail Management.
